Do you get band when on notice period?
I am a Wings 1 associate & not compliant with RTO. So before they give me a 'C' & reduce my ctc, I was hoping if I could resign and switch on the current CTC itself. Like if I resign tomorrow, I will have a 3 month notice period to serve, lets say after 2 weeks they release the band & if I was given 'C' will it reduce my CTC or since I will be on notice period, my band will be held back? Please let me know if anyone has info on this.
Your ctc will not be reduced with c band, if you will get c band then you will get 2-3% increment, if you will get b band then you will get 4-6% increment, if you will get A band then you will get 7-10% increment in your salary. The band will not affect your ctc it will not be reduced it will be incremented only
If in notice period band will not reflect to you, for c band no salary reduction but your wings incentive will be halted if you have already cleared wings1
Bro in even in wings 1 your CTC remains of ninja you get compensation as digital salary plus on notice period you don't get a band
