Do you believe in becoming your boss' favourite? If not, why?

Every boss I’ve worked with definitely liked me
I don’t believe in actively getting there - but it’s a function of being dependable, trustworthy, rising up when the occasion demands etc.

It definitely helps

All the hard-work put into life clearing academics, training, learning, gaining qualifications and getting a job is not with an objective to become your boss’s favorite.

There’s too many reasons to be a favorite. No good reason to not be liked by them
