
Do u feel gloomy easily due to winter?
Just checking if this is more prevalent

YESSSS I have it every year. So I decided to get my Vit B12 and D checked out. So I started supplements and it is better this year.

Vit D supplementation is must. Apart from that read Hygge, and incorporate what you can from it. Things that really worked for me from the books are - Lighting lots of candles (no fairy/LED/WiFi lights) there's something really uplifting about lighting a flame in a cold, dark night + Aromatherapy (again high quality aromatic candles) + cooking a hearty meal (not a 3/5 course) - you can start with just soups, move on to stews and then one pot meals + boardgames if you have company + Watching holiday movies/ lighter sitcoms (Don't watch the heavier stuff like Mr Robot, True Detective or tru crime, you get the drift) + same goes with books avoid non fiction, and preferably read easy fiction or airport novels as we say

And yeah, don't stop working out no matter what amidst all this. Hopefully the winter will end sooner than you realise if you cycle through all of these above. Goodluck!

Haha ur body wouldn’t get it if it doesn’t see any Christmas related stuff. Basically don’t feel as energised to work or do much

Gloomy is there is no sunshine at all for a week and if it's cloudy :(
