Do IBM revise offer letter

I received offer letter from IBM now let suppose if I got offer from another company which is 30% more than IBM’s offer..

Will IBM consider revising my offer letter and match that extra 30% ???

Any input is highly appreciated..

Yes IBM does, but another company should be a MNC. Drop a good email saying for revision 1st they will do some drama then they will accept if ur joining date is near . Don’t tell them if u r not in notice period, they will hire another guy once u accept the offer after 1-1.5months start ur play.

In my offer letter its not mention i got to know from HR on first day so I don’t know but you can ask

Thnks… I came to know that there is so much concept of SHARED RESOURCES… like at one point you may be asked to work into 2-3 projects. Is that true ??
