Do you have the same opinion ?
My take on this:
- They are management mouthpiece, no opinion of their own and cannot help in case an employee arises a concern.
- They don’t reply to email or teams chat unless I add their manager in cc.
- They dont have any answers to our question and instead ask us to talk to our reporting manager.
- Recruiters are not HR.

They happen to be the most unproductive asset among the headcounts of any organization. Doing practically nothing in their 9 to 5, pseudo sarkari naukri.

Every function is essential in an org. Companies thrive because of teams that hold each other accountable. I hope you realise blaming HRs won’t get you anywhere
