Do AnyOne came across good Therapist or counsellor in Bengaluru?
I am going through a lot mentally and not able to come out of all this. Sometimes even there is suicidal thoughts or sometimes lots of question marks blocking my brain neuron’s?

With all due respect... Grow some spine and deal with your own business. Therapists are a temporary source of relief.. you might feel like you are healed but trust me next time you find yourself again in waters... You will start suffocating and drowning because you didn't learn how to swim in first place
