Dmat account block

Story is so long but currently required help is…can I get Block my husband’s DMAT account…he have account in Kite Upstox Angelone…he lost his all Jamapunji in trading intraday …now he wasting his pension in trading ,he taken 3 loans and now he don’t have anything to pay his installment he emotionally blackmailed me and convince me to take loan and nill his all loans…now post this also he didn’t stopped reading and making me fool… Can any one suggest here apart from seperation as we have 2 kids.
