Didn’t receive Service letter and relieving letter in TCS
It’s been 60 days since I left TCS but I haven’t yet received my service and relieving letter. My FFS is done and I raised the ticket and they closed it saying it’s been pending with IS clearances. But Infact i submitted everything to them on my LWD. My separation HR isnt responding. And my BGC is on hold in my current organisation due to this. Can anyone suggest what to do? Cuz I need those documents on priority.
Is it resolved, I am facing the same problem with TCS. They close two tickets of mine in alumin portal. How did you solve it
Sorry, I just checked your comment. Yes, I kept emailing the IT department and my separation HR and kept raising tickets. And I had a text message proof from TCS which said that I have submitted my asset. So after 2 months, my HR responded and they gave quotation for slight damage. I paid the amount and within 3 days, they released the letters. Just keep emailing and CC the escalation team.
