Did you boss ever made you cry?

I still remember that day. It was my first job, and about a month in, I realized my boss didn’t like me. I had been tasked with preparing a document for the upcoming quarterly discussions. I completed the work, but he was clearly unhappy with it.

The next day, I presented the draft to him in the meeting room. He went through it and pointed out every mistake he could find. Then, he told me I was the worst reportee he’d ever had. I shed some tears, that was my moment of weakness.

Did some introspection and I realized that he was just toxic. I switched within 6 mos post the experience
