Didn't the doc tell you? Anyway Uprise-D once a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Test after 3 months.

I got my yearly health checkup done so the vitamin numbers are pretty down around 5 it shows minimum 30, so i am assuming deficiency.

I take vitamin d sachet per week for 4 weeks straight and then do it again after 1 month.

Also taking multivitamins and fishoil helped me a lot in my fitness journey.

Also go for health checkup every 6 months

Exactly what I would suggest too. I see everyone here just asking to get some sunlight, but I get it it’s hard. I think the best way out it just to take regular multivitamins ( if you want brand recommendations then happy to share) and get a 60000UI pill/sachet once a week. I can understand how scary and frustrating it can get when you first realise about the deficiency. But just eat the supplements, try to go out in the sun but don’t beat yourself up about it. hope you have a speedy recovery and are back to your normal self very soon!

I also had the same issue some years back. Because of vitamin D deficiency, I got kidney stones(didn’t knew that this also happens). Got it sorted through balanced diet, Vitamin D supplements and early sun rays.

Take Vitamin D supplement. Granular/sachet one has better absorption than the tablet. And of course also try to get sunlight.
