I'm confused a bit, is the Deloitte usi 2 day a week or 8 days a month? Can I complete my 8 days in a stretch once as I want to go home for 2 weeks.

2 days a week, if you miss 1-2 days then you have to cover up
8 days are must , for one go you need good bonding with manager

2 days a week generally but it can be more -depends on a project. If ODC,then 5 days . That's what HR had told me when I was selected for Deloitte.
As far as I know, It's not possible to cover 8 days in one go.
