Deloitte document submission

Sep 5th I have given my last round or 3rd of the techno managerial round for Deloitte and since after following up continuously 2 weeks back Hr replied that the position is on hold to get some approvals if we get any update will update you. Now, last week I got mail for doc submission and in the portal the status changed from “interview in progress” to “offer in progress” . I’ve submitted these documents from which I got the mail. Now, will I have the HR discussion or how long does it take to get the HR discussion and getting offer letter.
