Dear HRs, do you guys ever check the applicants on LinkedIn?

Spill the tea, what's the inside process. Do you guys even check your emails or LinkedIn DMs after posting a job. Is it like an automated system sorting and listing top 10 or 20 applicants only from which y'all make a selection. Genuinely curious.

@SabinaCarPainter I am not an HR, but it totally depends. In my case, many interviews I got so far was because the hiring manager or CEO saw my LinkedIn profile
