Dealing with an Entitled boss!

Anyone here deal with a boss who behaves like an entitled idiot. Hes been with the same company for 15 years (don't see any harm in that), no skill upgrades, just one promotion every 5 years probably! Spends more than 2 hours watching sitcoms at work, takes an afternoon nap when wfh and basically things everyone is foolish!
