So my manager is saying - can't give you raise this year. If i do i know you will leave asap.

Joined this remote company 2 months back, realised the bar is so low here, i can literally work for 3hrs a day and get called out for doing impeccable work and write some docs in fancy english and get appreciated for the same. Having a blast lol
