I think I am seeing downfall of a very good organization with good culture or values by new CEO. Going to switch real soon. Doing cost cutting while showing you are ready to invest in company does not go hand in hand.

we have fridays as half day holiday as part of our company's summer friday schemes, my manager doesn't care if we work or not still some colleagues of mine work work and actually ping for assistance on bugs. when will this assholery end , why do they not understand boundaries ...rant over
