The company I work at gives full sarkari daftar feels. Nobody likes working here, nobody cares about growth. The ones who did, have left. The stack I'm working on is so obscure.....from the server to the VCS, everything used here ranks at the bottom of stackoverflow dev survey. The only reason I'm not quitting is because I'm riding out the recession here.

I wish bhai. I'm prepping for interviews rn and Amazon is on my list. I always thought big tech used the latest and greatest in every way possible. Is it not so?

I think it would get too crowded in the future. Should probably be something more open than a post but not as much as a livestream chat.
My Skip Manager wants to put me on pip for not coming to office for last three months. I had a major surgery and couldn’t walk for two months out of those three. Already slashed my variable pay for the quarter. Kinda feeling shitty. So glad I have plenty of offers to choose from.
I’d be joining back on Thursday and would resign the same day.

Being pushed around by senior for the feature that I am supposed to own while at the same time they're not ready to take ownership of new ones.

Non tech background - getting about ~11 LPA currently with 3 YOE. Also preparing for MBA so either I can prepare properly for MBA or do job search properly. Even if I get new job, I would have to give 200% there initially and then would need to shift MBA to next year.
