Oftentimes people talk about how replaceable you are at work. Replaceability is more about how many exit options you have outside your current org than how difficult it is to replace you in your current org.
It's all about having exit options.
The same people who talk equal opportunity in work place are the ones who refuse to take male as thier maid servant...

I'm fresher so is it good to get a project of a different technology than being on the bench? And will it be possible to change it later? Give some corporate tips please.
