Cult Bootcamp

Is cult.fit bootcamp good for someone with Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Does it help cure that?

IBS is mainly due to food, I'm from Andhra while staying in Chennai I had IBS specifically some food triggers it more like sambar rice. Now I'm at home for the past 1 year no IBS nothing. It's all in the food.

Bro what remedies did you take to cure this completely? I have been facing this issue for the past 1 year. It has aggravated in the past 2 months. I have stayed in a hostel for my btech. I think that has affected me because I used to eat out a lot during that because hostel food was not at all good.

No remedies just home food eating peacefully not in a hurry. Exercising daily in the morning a short run and no junk/sugar foods. Having a short walk after food helps a lot. No I have to go back to the office let's hope this won't return.

Afaik, it is for weightloss but the dietitian might help w a suitable diet. I had done bootcamp w them. It was a good experience. Lost 4kgs

Does the nutritionist tailor the diet according to your preferences and your condition or is it the same for everyone?

What else are you considering to solve IBS? I’m suffering from IBS from a very long time.

Exercise, sleep, meditation and a good diet this is what I have read on the internet. I am trying to follow a schedule and see if that works.
