+1 I feel, except just random logouts(where you can use faceid). App works fine in general.

The OTP didn’t arrive in 24 hours after multiple requests. Tried setting up a new account and same issue there. Tried across Mweb, desktop and app, 💩 experience across. They are definitely delivering one standard across.

IRCTC Android app is so bad, it's uis lags a lot on scroll, it's jerky.
