I’m a frontend Senior Software Engineer in Bangalore with almost 4 YOE. I’m working currently in MakeMyTrip for the last 2 years with the current following package:
Base: 25LPA Stocks: ~6LPA
The work culture is good enough but the work from office everyday makes it a bit inflexible and I feel that there are very few other benefits that the company provides.
What should the next step in my career be? I want to work in more innovative products. I feel like I have a strong grip on my domain. What companies should I aim to switch for? And what should be the ideal package for me based on my skill set? Should I stay and wait for promotions or try to switch?
