Advice needed for switch preparation

I'm a 2024 graduate, currently working as a software Developer (frontend) in an early stage Fintech startup, in Bangalore, having an okish package of 6Lpa.

Having great work culture and people. Just wanted some advice on how to prepare for a good switch. Like should I switch after 1yr of exp or more than that, and what should I study?

Currently I'm a frontend heavy full stack, studying some tech and DSA. Can some give suggestions, how to get a good company with a good package. (Product based or a relatively good company)
