Comparing ltimindtree offer and HCL offer
I have received offers from these 2 companies and I'm having experience of 3.4+ years. These offers have 1 lakh difference The ltimindtree offer is higher than HCL offer. What should I go for? Also in ltimindtree i need to clear the client round and in HCL i will be placed directly posted on the project. Kindly share your suggestions!!!
Plss never ever join or consider LTIM...it's really going to hell....ull ever lose peace for life ....no projects ....no management support.....all is worse🙏
Getting 1 lakh is better then joining LTI.. I have worked with LTI if you are mentally strong to lose your peace of ming then it is okay .. if 30 people join only after a year 4 or 5 survive .. doing job very hard there it is like going to border everyday. think again

If HCL releases your offer letter then go with it.
You can blindly go with HCL offer.

Looking at current market situation consider HCL. In LTIM there are less number of projects or be ready to be on bench for few months and if luck by your side you will get into project
Depends on your current package if the difference is less than 10% of current ctc then I would suggest HCL
