Hey @haisenberg, I have just submitted the assignment for swiggy aSDE backend position, as far as I know the pay is very less for that position, so will you tell me about the work life balance at swiggy and how much is exact pay after internship and is it worth it to leave a startup paying decent(above 12LPA base for SDE1 role where I interned for 1 year) and join swiggy for asde role? and sorry for my comment being unrelated to your post.
i suggest you look elsewhere. work life balance is really bad but manageable. pay for asde is pretty less. it is less than an sde 1 at other startups. definitely less than 12lpa.
Okay, paybis the only problem because what I have researched is that they are paying around 6-8 LPA for asde and I am getting 5.5 LPA as an intern, so I think it is not at all sub par to market, so probably will skip it, thanks! Btw how bad is wlb? I workk for approximately 10 hrs a day at my current company
