Companies with remote work and decent WLB

My Indonesian based firm just announced mandatory work from the office within a few months and leadership was just heartless about this move :(.

I just shifted back to my hometown from Bangalore with my family and just sorted schooling for my kid. Now I have to travel back to the expensive city . Please help a friend out with interesting roles in companies doing remote work.
