Coinbase IC-4 or OracleIC3

Which is better? YOE-3.5

Hi guys I recently got offer from these 2 companies. I needed suggestion on which one to join. Given that - Oracle cloud -

1. Provides WLB
2. Wfh / hybrid. Mostly hybrid
3. A bit less learning opportunity
4. Fair pay
5. Job security is more here

Coinbase -

1. Exceptionally good pay
2. Bad WLB
3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well.
4. More opportunities to learn and grow.

Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase.

Please correct me if I am wrong in any of the above points.
