Are you sure? Because I'm having a ctc of 16 in infosys and I get 88k pm (after all kinds of taxes and PFs).
I assume 1.4 lacs is excluding taxes and PFs. Right?

deduct PF, insurance and variable from your CTC

Its depends on your salary structure, how much performance bonus, pf, nps, Gratuity etc and incomr tax, without that you cannot calculate accurate in hand salary
