Cognizant offer letter delay common issue
Hi grapes,
I have attended 5th April 2025 walkin drive for cognizant and filled the physical cdf form after technical interview and in hr salary discussion the told me there team will reach out to me but it's been 2 weeks there is no further update I have followed up on the same but no response, please let me know how to deal with this and share your experience thank you
Same thing happened to me,Gave walkin interviews on 5th April, cleared it, got one more virtual round which was 3rd tech round, cleared it, package discussion happened and they negotiated so bad, told approval was there for some package which i accepted, they told offer would release in 1-2 days and no response. When i checked, they told only oral approval happened and final approval is pending and not sure when it happens. I seriously doubt if they're gonna release offer or not

I appeared for 6th Dec, cleared all the tech rounds and got a mail to provide necessary documents. Now it's been more than 20 days since I provided the documents and I still haven't received any mail for the HR round. Sent multiple follow ups and calls, still not getting any response
Hi, have you got any response from them ? I also appeared in the walkin and cleared technical rounds and physical form filled there after that got invite link for 21 jan and after that they sent mail that don't join meeting and fill cdf-2 alone i have filled, after that no response from them

I also appeared for walk drive on 5th April, I have submitted the required documents, but it is almost 2 weeks… I didn’t get any update on the offer letter, I’m trying to reach HR… however she is not responding to email/ calls, how to check and get the current status of my application?

Same here attend 5th april. HR says approval pending and they don't have a date of when it will be completed
I had got some email today that they had scheduled virtual interview again after hr discussion during walkin Will keep you posted
Attended the interview what you discussed?
No one has joined from their side. Same happened with two more people who had attended walkin interview with me
For my sister it took 2 months overall. There was 3 weeks between Last round (HR) and when offer letter was released.
I got a update like it's waiting for second level approval and it's been 10 days already. HR says even they can't say when approval will be completed only then they will release offer. Anyone on same page? Attended 5th april
