Client is superb, how to join them from Tcs

Hey guys, my client that I work for in TCS is really good and their management and policies are great, getting onsite from TCS is too much politics and they are sending anybody now. Is it possible for me to apply for a job opening in the client’s company?

You should create a dependency. Like... If you resign at any moment, client should feel like "This guy really works hard and has good knowledge about our tasks and operations. We should hire him". When you feel like you have a dependency on you, connect with someone on client side and discuss your thoughts. One of my teammates did the same thing.

In the process usually people create toxic work culture for others by trying to steal their credit, taking up all projects for oneself, demoralising others, making bad name for others possible candidates, selling of current organisations’ interest to client and finding fault with what others are doing. All in the name of creating connections and dependency for oneself.

I don't think we can join the organisation until some cool-off period for 12-18 months in between your team employment with TCS and the client you are referring to.

Nobody will help you on this topic. People are jealous. They don't want you to grow, while they themselves can not.

That’s the sad reality here. I hope people out here would give some genuine advice and be helpful to others.

You cannot join a client organization. There is some cool off period though. This is mentioned in the HR policy. Check on Ultimatix once
