Drink water, avoid too much sunlight, sleep longer. All of these still might not help as sometimes it's due to ageing and genetics

Thinking of starting a podcast with the homies on tech startups and any cool shit. But a bit more offensive and guns blazing. But I don't have previous experience in online ad revenue. So unsure that throwing too many f words around makes it harder to monetize.
