Cervical disc protrusion
Has anyone experienced cervical disc protrusion and annular tear ? How did you deal with it ? All the docs I visited told it will heal on its own and to wait till then

Walk in swimming pool, forward backwards and side way also. If possible start swimming also. I had suffered from slip disk for like 2 years tried everything. Only this helped and maybe try some well known chiropractor also(maybe risky but your own call)
