Career Progression

Hey folks, I am currently working as an analyst and it's been 18 months and I am eligible for a senior analyst role. Should I try for an IJP or try for other companies. I haven't spoken with my lead about IJP yet but I want to explore new work culture as I am a campus hire and Deloitte is my first company and it's already been 4 years here. I just need some assistance. Should I choose a new company or an internal transition. Also my package after this hike is 6.5LPA + 12.5 Variable pay.

Ohhh… its 4 years and you are still analyst🤔
According-to 4 year experience just check salary in market for your technology.. i think 6.5 lpa is too low for 4 year experience .. try to get interview in new company and check what hikes they are giving…

I joined as associate analyst and was promoted to analyst in 2023. I guess I need to try other companies.
