Need guidance

Working in Deloitte with 2+ years of experience. Wanted to switch.

I have 2 offers in hand..

  1. Accenture - 11LPA Role - techno functional
  2. Capgemini - Ready to match the offer but I asked for more. Role - Tech

Being a tech I am more inclined towards the role at Capgemini.

But I want to consider all the aspects like -

  1. Internal hikes
  2. W/L balance
  3. Culture

Would appreciate guidance from experienced people here

Thanks

Hey there,
Although I have not worked on either of the firms I have heard from my friends working with both these firms that Accenture is a little better in terms of culture. Work life balance would be similar in all the corporates. But one thing is that Capgemini I believe has 3 months notice period because of which a lot of candidates find it difficult to switch.

All the best for you
