Career guidance
Hi All, I am working in tcs for about 3 years as servicenow developer. I have got another offer from Big4 with twice the package. I took mechanical engineering in my ug(biggest regret ). When I started my work in tcs I felt that even a high school dropout could do the work. I had a interest to do coding but in servicenow there isn't much coding. Kindly suggest if anyone knows any club for networking for coding in chennai or what I can do to increase my technical knowledge. Will it be a issue in future if I continue my it career path with mechanical ug degree or should I do a mba or m.tech?
Simple answer short and crisp totallt my PoV:
Jump company since you completed 3 years else you may become complacent and outpaced very fast.
Check different tech on YouTube and choose one focus on that
Incase you find masters attractive during that period go for Masters.
Staying here for more than 3 years will make you a liability and not an asset.
Why do you want to code? Are you passionate about it? Have you learned to code in your spare time? You can't go back to UG and learn computers just focus on learning servicenow and become master of it
