I am frontend developer 6yoe getting 21.5 fixed + 10% variable.

Many people said to me to learn backend also as frontend roles are less.
What are your thoughts?
good salary and try to learn backend as i have rarely seen frontend guys in architect or technical manager roles, its always fullstack or backend people, so learn backend and try to learn java as it has more opportunities than node , rest is upto you, whichever backend technology suits you, i also started as frontend developer and then i asked for backend tasks in the company and took the ownership even though I did know anything, it was difficult in the beginning but its going fine now
