Career Advice Dilemma at 30

I'm currently 30 years old and working as a patent analyst, earning 30k, I have 1.5 yoe. Did Btech and then did Mtech (ece) then I thought to appear for govt exams so I prepared for 3 years, cleared some rounds but couldn't make it to the final list. Unfortunately, I'm unable to apply for government exams due to age restrictions. What alternative career paths or strategies could I consider to enhance my professional growth and financial situation under these circumstances?
