Should I take up a job offer which offers me a peace of mind but not much of a hike or stay within the current organisation get the appraisal which is somewhat similar to the new offer.
Early in my career the main reason I’m even considering the job offer is that the current organisation the work culture has gone to $#! . It’s basically working on favouritism, unrealistic targets and no work life balance at all.
Leave cause you will definitely regret later not leaving considering how you described your workplace.
If the current toxic work culture impacts your well-being, consider the new job for peace of mind, even with a smaller hike. Early in your career, growth and a healthy work environment matter more than short-term financial gains.
A new org provides a new beginning, 50-50 on good or bad.
