Capgemini HR Feedback – Need Insight from Others

I gave an interview at Capgemini and submitted all the required documents after the HR discussion. However, the HR informed me that they are not getting approval from the Business Unit (BU). The BU team has asked to prioritize internal resources, so unfortunately, my profile was rejected. I was told that due to this, they couldn't proceed with sending me the offer letter. Has anyone else faced a similar situation or challenge?
