Hi, I’ve got an offer from Capgemini. HR is asking for my full bank statement, but my first company paid me in cash for the first 8 months. Salary was credited to my account only after that. Will this be an issue?

If your company is verifying your details then also they are asking for bank details did they give you another option for this
