Can someone please explain this?
If any recruiter sees this, what exactly happens when one applies through Linkedin?

Just the Talent acquisition guy gaming his metrics and hitting fake targets.
Haan. Also, just realised, Principal ki spelling bhi galat likhi hai 🤦🏻♂️

Did you answer certain questions on LinkedIn application?
There certain mandatory threshold (can be changed) for each question, and anything below that is automatically rejected. Recruiter don't even see them unless they check that section
Example- if years of experience needed is 5 years and you are 4 YOE, it will reject
There weren’t any. Just asked me to select my resume and done, nothing else.

Highly unlikely this was done by Human recruiter, sounds more like auto rejection. Maybe they are using AI to read through resume

DM me your portfolio and I can refer you to a good opportunity
Sure. DMing you.

Any opportunities for freshers? :)
