Can someone explain the key differences between Won and SWON, and how they impact project allocations? Also, what are the pros and cons of working in Billable vs. Non-billable roles?

WON (Work Order Number) is for client-billable work. SWON (Special Work Order Number) is for internal tasks. Billable roles offer better pay and job security. Non-billable roles can be less secure but may offer more flexibility.
