Can humanity ever achieve true happiness and liberation from the grip of financial dependency?

Regardless of wealth or status, money occupies the minds of nearly every human being. From the world's wealthiest billionaires to the most destitute individuals on the street — at the end of the day, financial concerns weigh on all of us equally. The rich worry about losing it; the poor worry about finding it. Is genuine freedom from this cycle even possible, or is the pursuit of money simply an inescapable condition of human existence? And please — spare the spiritual answer. Even the path to enlightenment has a price tag. Temples, churches, mosques, ashrams, retreats, gurus — they all operate on donations, fees, and funding. Spirituality, as beautiful as it may be, is still an industry. So the question remains purely grounded in reality: Will humans ever truly be free from money?

But you don't have to donate to join spirituality though. Humanity as a collective will not achieve true happiness because we are genetically encoded to have jealousy, love, faith, insecurity.

Now if some alien civilization transmits a patch to our DNA that gets rid of all of the above, then we might have a chance.
