Yoe exp varies min would be 3-3.3years(considering you have continuous A Bands) and max can be 6-8 years. Coming to hike, it's 13-15% in avg.

For C2, you should have 6+ years of experience overall and once you get promoted, you will get 14.5% flat hike on your current CTC.

Nah it’s not just based on years of experience, it also depends on number of A bands. 2 A bands means the resource at C1 is eligible
