Thanks, yes that's one of the reasons for me too, apparently the founder works on a weekly level with the Growth team, that's atleast what I was told
I have heard that the exposure with the founders is there but little scope for autonomy and decision making. Everything seems to be run top down. Major decision-making owned by founders only. Also, working with founders week in week out would add to stress and pressure to do the job.
