Food is okay.
There is a salad bar which is good.
It's not free; they charge a fixed amount from salary anyway.

How is the culture there and benefits?
Culture is nice; very nice as compared to some infamous Indian startups. Benefits are okay; they're a bit less as compared to booking Amsterdam office since it's a new office here; but they're trying to bridge that gap step by step
What is the difference?

Apologies for the delayed response; culture is good.
People are nice and respectful in general. Your wlb is taken into consideration. Far better than a lot of Indian startups in that area.
However it's a mature organization so things move at a slow pace comparatively; if that's not a concern there's no other red flag.
You may find some people (5%) who may not have the best working style and bring a bit of their micromanaging baggage from their previous orgs but as of now it doesn't outweigh the overall European style work culture
