Best way to resign
Im Going to resign to this week, this is my first time, how should I do it so that they release me in 1 month(notice is 2 months) and be in good terms with them?

People leave companies quite frequently. Have a candid conversation with your manager. Assuming you're in a relatively junior role, early exit shouldn't be a problem. However be ready to hear a no because of company policy and what not.
