I would like you guys to suggest which company is better than the other and why?
Tcs was horrible..... they put campus placement candidates in call centre stating we are "outsourcing" so many calls and targets for someone who just completed graduation. So many absconded and got into depression.
Tcs being a big name with lots of internal politics and managers are bad some of them are just underqualified for their position. They just promote on the basis of no.of years of experience but what about the deserving one who is overqualified working under the shitty boss who can handle a team with leadership qualities. Very poor management. Ratan Tata Sir is such a good human and the company should be on good terms according to his values and morals. But these people are just not following the rules and regulations and making their own rules according to the situation. I have worked in TCS for 2 n more years and have seen lots of politics in many projects.
