I uninstalled facebook, Instagram and I'm using WhatsApp occassionally.. and no MS Teams in my mobile.. It's really worth it guys.. Peace.

I uninstalled all the social media apps in my phone, planning to only download them back after I get a good job. Been months, now I feel sober.

This happens only if you have something going on which keeps you occupied. I didn’t get the job though.
