Below Average Employees
Do you have colleagues in your organisation( big brand) who are below average & you still think how are they still working? I mean people doing ctrlx + ctrlv, basic excel but earning in lakhs?
I worked with several.
The problem is once company decides they need someone aboard, they just try to close it asap.
And many a time hiring is made solely because the resource is cheaper, only to realise their contribution is totally worthless.
I work with a few of them, though I won't say I'm the smartest in our dept but every task for them has to be broken down step by step at 6-7 years exp level.
They seem to be coasting and earning decent but downside is their opinions or suggestions are never heard.
I have one in my team who did not go through my interview process but hired for some other team and pushed to me. I have saved them from 2 years but is getting difficult progressively
