Everyone's life is different. We aren't given the same question paper like in school/college to compare the marks. Do whats best for you.
To ensure you are growing, compare yourself with your past self. Track where u lack, where u r strong, where u need to move. Evaluate ur priorities periodically coz life keeps changing. For example - one month, ur personal life might need focus. Another month, ur professional life.

Happens to almost everyone. In most case, not just batchmates but even people from junior batch will make more than you. And then you will hear about that one person from college whom no one expected to succeed, but even they got ahead. Best thing is to focus on improving yourself. In all 3 areas : career wise, physical health and mental health.
